Painter/Worker

Office Hours: Mon – Sat 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Full-Time: 40 hours/week with consistent opportunities for overtime

We’re looking for hardworking individuals to join our growing team of painters. Whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience, there’s a place for you here:

No experience: Start at $18/hr
2–3 years of experience: Start at $20/hr
8+ years of experience: Start at $25/hr

We don’t make you wait. From your first day, you’ll receive focused, hands-on training to help you build real painting skills and grow fast.

An easy fix for a whole new sense

Although a complete kitchen makeover can cost over $50,000, you can have the new kitchen’s appearance for a far lower cost. Our area of expertise is painting kitchen cabinets, but we can also replace the hardware, add trim, and adjust the hinges. We also have partner businesses that can assist with backsplashes, countertops, and new flooring.

Being the top kitchen cabinet painting company in San Jose, requires us to have made significant investments in training, certifications, and specialized equipment, as painting kitchen cabinets is not a simple do-it-yourself activity. We also provide a lifetime touch-up promise to back up our work.

I am so happy with the quality of painting as well as the great paint used, Sherwin-Williams. I would give them more than five stars if I could and will definitely be using them again to paint my rental house. They were also relatively quick because they had a large crew, were great at covering things so there was no mess. And they primed all surfaces prior to painting even though there was already paint. These guys did a great job! I had the cabinets in my entire house done plus the stair railing (which was a big job). They completed in 2.5 weeks with an Easter break in between so it was really only about 2 weeks. They were extremely courteous, worked around people and animals in the house, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them.

RR Pro Painting painted my house recently. They did an outstanding job. It looks like a brand new house after the new paint job. Their attention to detail when it comes to caulking and sealing around window trims, etc was very much in evident. My house has a balcony with lots of wood railing and porch with wood railing. Their painter, yes one worker was their painter painted my whole two story house along with one other worker painted all the railings and sealed wkth chaulk all the cracks and crevices of the rails. Plus they replaced some of the fascia boards and replaced most of the spindles and lower portions of the wood railings on the balcony and porch bc or dryrot damage. Halfway through I wanted the slightly darker color paint and Rod said no problem. he had his foreman pick up the darker shade. I was a happy customer after that bc the previous lighter shade aka the first coat or paint was way lighter than I expected. Rod who gave the estimate and is the owner was always responsive via text and calls. It was over a year before I was able to green light the paint job. Rod hung in there and did a few smaller paint related jobs for me last yr like stucco repair and window trim replacement. I’m glad that I did have RR Pro Painting do the exterior paint job in the end. Rod made an important point to me that they use SW Duratuon paint which is better quality oaint than some other paint contractors use. I’d say his estimate is priced competitively and fair for the extremely high quality work they do. I have gotten a lot of compliments on my house after it’s newly painted by RR Pro Painting. Rod is easy to communicate with. His foreman Hilario is not big into communicating with the customer but he did do a good job on replacing all wood railing and areas that had dry rot. They produce quality paint job.

Rodrigo and his team did an amazing painting the interior and exterior of the house. Rodrigo/his team were fabulous to work with. His advice were precious in deciding which color to go with. The paint job was very well done. His team also did demolition of few walls and they had to fix few things involving dry walls. Everything went very well and smooth, even though it was a big job, with lots of various challenges. Rodrigo never lost his cool nor professionalism, his entire team were very professional as well and it seems like they cared a lot about the end product. Timelines were also respected on their end, which is not always the case sometimes, no empty promises so that was much appreciated as we also had few deadlines to respect. Rodrigo and his team did a fantastic job with a painting project we recently hired him to complete. They removed wainscoting in one bedroom and repainted the full room, plus a full paint job on a second bedroom, plus they painted closet and bedroom doors. We are extremely satisfied with the work that Rodrigo and his team did at our home. Rodrigo visited us and got all the details regarding the number of timeline, rooms, closets, type of color, budget and recommended various options that would complement each other well.
